Drawing from both personal experience and professional expertise, I work to create meaningful change by fostering genuine connections and developing practical solutions that serve both an organization’s objectives and the people behind them.

Meet Jesse.

Grounded in the entrepreneurial spirit of North Carolina's Raleigh-Durham area, my journey is shaped by early observations of resilience and innovation. Growing up with parents who built their own small business, I witnessed firsthand how technology, education, and community support can transform entrepreneurial challenges into opportunities for growth.

My professional path led me from the DC area, through Baltimore, and ultimately to New York City, where I've spent the last 12 years refining my approach to business and technology integration. Now based in Brooklyn, I balance my professional expertise with an active lifestyle that includes biking around the city, basketball, and exploring the city's delicious food scene with my partner Rene, who is a small business owner herself as a personal chef.

As a queer, trans non-binary person, I bring a unique perspective to my work, understanding the critical importance of inclusive community building and authentic representation. This perspective, combined with my professional experience, has reinforced my core belief: effective solutions center people.

My philosophy is grounded in the understanding that while systems and tools are essential, they must serve the people who use them, not the other way around. Through careful attention to process, purpose, and people’s needs, I help organizations implement solutions that enhance rather than hinder their teams' potential.
